In my terminal displayed only currency pairs and they are not active, what to do?
In order to see all instruments of different markets, you need to right-click on any instrument in “market reviews” and choose “Show all symbols”. After that, you will have access to all instruments provided by Trade12 for trading.

How to complete verification?
On the website Trade12.com you can login to your Personal Account Area to submit copies of your documents: a proof of identity; proof of residence and proof of payment method (Credit Card front/back) or other documents. You`ll receive detailed instruction on your email after deposit funds to the account.

What is Bid, Ask, Spread?
Bid is a price for selling instrument; Ask is a price for buying instrument; Spread – difference between the bid and asking prices

What is CFD?
CFD (Contract For Difference) is an agreement between two parties to exchange the difference between the opening price and closing price of a contract.
You can use CFDs to speculate on the future movement of market prices regardless of whether the underlying markets are rising or falling.

I indicated wrong level of take profit, how to change it?
In Meta Trader 4, in window “Terminal” you need to highlight position that you would like to change, then you have to right click on it and choose “Modify order”. After that you can easily edit option of transaction.

What is take profit?
Take profit is an order used by traders specifying the exact rate from the current price point where to close out their current position for a profit. This allows you not to worry about open transactions and, accordingly, does not tie you to a permanent location near a device that is running your terminal.

How to install trading terminal MT4 on Mac OS?
