In my terminal displayed only currency pairs and they are not active, what to do?
In order to see all instruments of different markets, you need to right-click on any instrument in “market reviews” and choose “Show all symbols”. After that, you will have access to all instruments provided by Trade12 for trading.

After authorization in the terminal, it display status "Invalid account" how to fix it?
You should be careful when copying the password from your e-mail letter, namely, choose English keyboard layout, while copying do not grab a space between the colon and the password itself. (MT4 Password: *****)

It has been over two days, but withdrawal hasn’t been done, why?
Perhaps withdrawal wasn’t made because department of Risk Management is currently processing your request or you have positions that traded in minus, that withdrawal wasn’t critical to your account. Contact your account manager / broker for clarification.

I received a notice that the funds withdrawn, but where the money will come, I haven’t choose the method?
Withdrawal is automatically carried out on the Credit Card, which you used for deposit funds.

What if I deposited funds via electronic payment systems Qiwi/Yandex Money/Web Money, will I receive money back on it?

How to change password to trading terminal?
In trading terminal in the window "Navigator", you need to right click on the graph, which shows your trading account (number, name) and then select “Change Password”.

How can I be sure that you’re not scam?
On our website you can check all legal documents as well as license. Documentation present in original language, in this case, English, you can translate it by using translator.

Margin it is security deposit required to open trading positions, under which the broker extends credit for making trading operations.

What is shown in the column “equity”?
Equity it is means on your trading account at a given time. This figure is dynamic, as it includes the result (profit \ loss) of your open positions. Equity is the amount that will remain on the account balance, if you close all active positions.
